In the course of the sitting V. Khomutynnik, Chairman of the Committee, declared that appeals mainly concern issues of tax administration, value-added tax charging and payment, income tax, land charge etc. A great number of appeals concern simplified taxation system.
According to him, among other directions of the Committee´s work in the framework of the parliamentary supervision, monthly monitoring for the issues on implementation of Tax Code principles was introduced, also it is planned to hear the report of the Ministry on Finance and supervising bodies regarding the analysis of the Tax Code implementation in I half-year of 2011. The Committee discussed the necessity to introduce amendments to the Code "to specify certain principles, eliminate plurality of interpretations and improvements in the part influencing all-levels budget revenues, formation of official web site of the Committee for the on-line dialogue with tax payers."
V. Khomutynnik announced that the web site had been already created (http://kompmp.rada.gov.ua), thus it would facilitate work with the communities concerning norms implementation, provide following of the Code requirements and hold a discussion concerning legislative work of the Committee.
